Extreme fear and anxiety
Hello respected Doctors, Good Evening. In the month of Feb this year I fainted outside and taking deep breaths. I was unconscious for three mins. I have done my ecg, echo n tmt . All normal. All my blood tests are normal. I don't have any thyroid issue or nor I am diabetic. Also my HB is 12. My X rat is clear. All tests for various organs blood tests like lipid, lft, kft, ultrasound. Normal. Also BP is 120/70 most of the time. Sometimes 110/70. After this fainting episode what I now see that whenever I think I have to go out like my job or visiting friends or going to a party. I get so scared. And my chest pains and from both neck region either side I get palpitations. It makes me breathless. I have resigned from my job coz of this. I am not like any other girls I used to be before. Happy go lucky. Like the girl next door. My shoulder blades becomes stiff. Chest pain continues left n right sometimes. Also head aches sometimes. Only the lower back of my head. I feel like dying. pls help
