Hello, I shall tell a few remedies for weight loss that you may follow. Weight gain due to hormonal imbalance is not easy to shed unless treated for the same, so get them checked first. Have your meals on time. Have a low carb low fat full breakfast, let your lunch be normal and keep your dinner light. Drink 1 or 2 glass of water before each meals. Include salads in your meals. Include food made from ragi in your diet esp breakfast. Have a glass of water with 2 tsp honey in the morning. Exercise well especially aerobics. Walking, jogging, swimming are all good.
