Extra dose taken mistakenly of BP table
For high blood pressure I have been prescribed MET XL AM 50/5 once a day . Today mistakenly tool two tables, first one at 3pm and second on at 10pm I am feeling perfectly normal. Is there something to worry about? OR it should not harm

If no symptoms  its good. Take  plenty of liquid n water LAMONADE ELECTORAL POWDER. Resume proper dose after 24hrs. Lot of details  given by other  doc follow  them.

Taking an extra dose early can cause: Slow heartbeat (bradycardia) Low blood pressure  → dizziness, weakness, or fainting Fatigue or sleepiness Cold hands/feet In rare cases, shortness of breath or chest discomfort What You Should Do 1. Don’t take any more doses today. 2. Monitor yourself for the next 12–24 hours: Check pulse (shouldn’t drop below ~50 bpm). Watch for dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, or extreme fatigue. 3. If any of these occur → seek medical attention immediately or go to an ER. Next Dose Resume your normal schedule after 24 hours
