Have u completed ur studies and got  tbrough placement.???!!!!
If so,  I  think you relax and lead a peaceful life . Even if u want to continue your studies ,  do it later maybe after a year or so.
Next Steps
If after doing all those steps mentioned below also u continue to feel the same,  then u can consult a Psychological Counsellor.
Health Tips
1. Develop  a disciplined sleep pattern everyday.
2. Become Social.
3. Try to share and be part of family gatherings
4. Just go away from.your routine schedule to a different  place as a . relaxation.

Answered
Hi, from what you have described it seems that you are under tremendous mental strain. All the symptoms point to either Anxiety disorder or Depression. Please consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. You can get better with mild medication and/or counseling. In the meantime try to do relaxation exercises or Yoga or breathing techniques to relax yourself. Eat small meals regularly and try and eat healthy food. Drink plenty of water and try to get adequate sleep. Schedule a time for studies and take frequent breaks in between studies. Try to schedule time for some hobby or relaxing activity. Hope this helps, All the Best!
