Dear friend, take a break for few days first, just go for a holiday... then start work slowly... if the pressure is persistant then u need to learn how to handle stress in lighter way.. u can consult then... best wishes
Hi, from what you have described it seems that you are under tremendous mental strain. All the symptoms point to either Anxiety disorder or Depression.
Please consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. You can get better with mild medication and/or counseling.
In the meantime try to do relaxation exercises or Yoga or breathing techniques to relax yourself.
Eat small meals regularly and try and eat healthy food.
Drink plenty of water and try to get adequate sleep. Schedule a time for studies and take frequent breaks in between studies. Try to schedule time for some hobby or relaxing activity.
Hope this helps, All the Best!
