Excessive sweating
Sole of my hands and feet feels always sweaty. At seasons, I feel irritation on my sole and feet, and some days after this irritation, skin starts peeling off. I have been facing this from my childhood. I have done thyroid test and everything came out normal. Tried antiperspirants too, but not helping. I have googled and found its called hyperhidrosis. I want to know if there is any permanent solution for my problem.

greetings as you alraedy know the condition which you are sufferoing is known as hyperhidrosis and it exists in 3 forms: a)emotionally induced hyperhidrosis (in which it affects the palms, soles, and axillae,) b) localized hyperhidrosis, and c) generalized hyperhidrosis. till that there is no permanent cure for the problem when we cant pinpoint the cause of the problem which in many cases remains elusive. yes there are treatments available like Botox injections and Iontophoresis which do give temporary relief lasting from 2 montsh to about a year. there are few tablets also available but there benfits and side effects you need to consider before starting
Next Steps
i would suggest u see a dermatologist so a proper counselling can be done and reasons for the problem can be searched and treatment planned accordingly
Health Tips
try to be stress free to avoid exacerbation of the problem and avoid self medications to avoid any possible side effects
