Early in the morning when I'm still in the bed, I get excessive saliva inside my mouth and its so much that I can't even talk without brushing my teeth. Until and unless I brush my teeth it keeps on coming over and over again. I have been facing this problem from last 3-4years.

Hi
Please note your sleeping posture ( like if you are facing towards bed and sleeping). Another thing is open mouth posture. These things can cause excessive salivation. Difficulty in swallowing due to open mouth and your posture while you are sleeping can lead to excessive salivation.Another reason is acid reflux. So you need to evaluate all this .visit an ENT & a Dentist to rule out if there is some other problem that is causing difficulty in swallowing.
HOPE THAT HELPS.
