Night falls happen frequently in yiur age group due to excessive sexual thoughts and preoccupation.
When regularly produced sperm is not routed out in conventional intercourse or masturbation, it will get discharged in nightfalls in sleep.
Please go to sexologist for sex education on this aspect.
