EXCESSIVE MENTAL STRESS LEADING TO ANGER
Hi , I am in a situation putting me under extreme stress and pressure which had cultivated a habit of anger and temper to small issues leading to emotional breakdown and depression . It also makes me feel lonely and helpless as i am not able to resolve the issue which in turn increasing an unknown fear in me which i am not able to identify

I think,  it is the thought,  which is causing you the stress,  Irritation , Anger. If you could learn to handle it,  you can lead a cheerful life.
