Excessive Insomnia
I drink only one cup of coffee once in a week during non exam days and one cup of coffee daily during exam days ... Around 10-12 in the morning ... But I won't get sleep until 2-3 in the mid night.. what can be the cause ?? How to cut off that caffeine effect so that my sleep doesn't get disrupt ???

Hello...... You have altered sleep cycle ,you should get up and go to bed at regular timing each day.. Don't have too much of coffee or tea , avoid watching TV, playing games at bed , relax do breathing exercise ,listen to some music , do exercise in morning,don't take sleeping pills without consulting doctor
