Wife feeding baby but today excessive breast milk comes due to this breast pain and body pain comes..What we do

It’s good that your wife is getting good amount of milk. The question is how old your baby is. Upto 6 months the babies require only milk after which gradually solids are introduced. If your wife is expressing enough to feed the baby then excess milk can be pumped out and can be refrigerated and used upto 4 hrs. Otherwise you can discard it. Her diet should have adequate amount of nutrition, essential vitamins,calcium and vitamin d.
