Excess growth of body hai
I am a 22 years old. I have an average physique. I ambconcerned about my body hair growth. I feel I have excess of hair on my body. There is hair growth on my shoulders, chest back, back of neck. It becomes awkward to remove shirt sometimes in front of anyone (on beach, in hostel ) even the beard has extended to upper cheeks and I can see light hair growth just beneath the eyes and I am afraid the beard will cover a lot of area on my face.
The hair texture is thick and dense. In my family, no one has so much hair on body. I trim my body hair but that doesn't help much. I am concerned if there is any issue with hormones or anything.
Please suggest some way to get rid of excess body hair.

Greetings. Usually excess body hair is a hereditary or constitutional/ genetic issue. Could also be affected if you have been on any kind of drugs or medication for various reasons. Laser hair reduction can help. See a qualified dermatologist near you for further evaluation n treatment.
