Evening time low grade fever

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My mother has fever of 99- 100 degrees farhenheit in the evening since 4 days with chills before and during the fever. It just occur once in the evening. She has dry cough, stuffy nose and headache. She takes indocap for panniculitis after taking that her temp decreases Is it safe to take pcm500, zifi200, montak lc and becosule capsules in this situation??
