I have been going to dietician for weight loss and she has given me a regimen to follow.
I follow the entire plan very well but the in the evenings I get very hungry after coming home from college and end up hogging a lot because the dietician has given only buttermilk for the evening and it is not filling at all.
What healthy snacks can I have in evenings that will keep me full for 2-3 hours?
