Asked for Female, 25 Years

My wife missed her periods, 4 days over due she have gone through pregnancy test as well but there no clear result, she is not ready to continue with the pregnancy so consulted with Dr. He prescribed Eternogest-sr tablet, i question is wo8uld she able to miscarriage with this tablet. Please suggest me thats enough or need to go other solution.
