What should I take to control eosinophillia,,,, on 28th my eosinophillia was 6.2 and on 5th it was 7.8....what should I take so that it should always be in control

Eosinophilia is invariably due to allergy or due to parasites....commonly in the intestine. Get a stool examination done....and see a medicine specialist to rule out allergies.
