Eruption of white heads
I have had a sudden eruption of white heads on the back a few months ago. They are isolated on the left side of back. At a time there are 5-6 to them. They erupt and subside and new ones appear at a slightly different location on the same side. I have recently started heavy sweating activity as part of a fitness regime and it could be a cause. I have also been diagnosed as being prediabetic and asked to control my diet and weight. How do I make these white heads not come up again and again?

From the complaint it seems that you have most likely (I can't be sure because I haven't seen them) gotten molluscum contagiousum. This is a viral infection of the skin. Very commonly seen and raised sugar levels can aggravate the infection. But of course, they could also be white heads or even milia .. whatever the diagnosis, you will need an allopathic dermatologists treatment. So visit one . It will help you to not only get diagnosed but treated on time. Before you choose your dermatologist read this http://www.skinmatra.com/single-post/2016/07/03/skin-troubles-here-is-what-not-to-do

Greetings - these white heads on the back may most likely be pityrosporum folliculitis lesions and these are most likely to worsen with excessive sweating. You shall have to visit a qualified dermatologist for confirmation of diagnosis and would require course of opical / oral antifungals. This should work. The other possibility is trunkal acne.
