Epicanthal folds
I have baggy upper eyelids and broad nose which I think I got it from my father, but now my inner corners of the eyes are having some extra skin on it, which doesn't look good. Please suggest something. And I never got any injury around eyes.

Hi! This condition is known as epicanthus.. Where there is a vertical fold of skin near the inner corner of eyes. It's commonly seen in Asian races in whom it's hereditary and in Down's syndrome. You don't have to worry about it, as its not a disease in itself. You may consult a plastic surgeon.
