  4. Eosinophilia and ab pain. Diagnosis?

Eosinophilia and ab pain
I have eosinophils of 5400, abdominal pain after eating wheat chappati. Also, indigestion. There were slight liver enlargement and biopsy suggested mild edema and gastritis. All other reports were normal. What could be possible diagnosis? I had TB 10 years ago. But doctor has ruled it out. I have allergic rhinitis also

Hello, Your eosinophil counts are very high.although you didn't share counts and other reports but on safer side I will advise you visit a good hematologist in your area to rule out Hypereosinophilic syndromes.
