You have provided very little history for us to comment anything.
Have uou noticed any weight gain or weight loss?
Any change in the appetite?
Get a thryoid profile done to find out if you have any thyroid problems or not.
Just with the history of being lazy its not possible to diagnose thyroid issue.
Have a high protein diet,lots of greens and fruits.
Exercise daily and consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
