Endometriosis (ovary cyst)
(Endometriosis) cystic area with internal echoes 47.1x45.9x47.8mm(54.2cc) in right ovary. 30.1x29.9x30.3mm(14.2cc) in left ovary internal echoes and calcification. Doctor suggested for the surgery I just need to know, we should just removed the cyst or is it better to remove uterus and ovary. Actually i heard that even after the surgery endometriosis will occur again so what's the best solution to get rid of this. Already have two child but we looking for one more kid. But if the next pregnancy is at risk we would avoid it
