Hi, I am a 35-year-old female. I've Endometriosis and haven't been able to conceive in my 9 years of marriage. I have had laparoscopy done in 2013 which declared that I had blocked fallopian tubes. While I have no abdominal pain during my cycle (that's a week in advance every month), I've been suffering from back pain from my 7th to 12th day with very minimal to NO spotting. Could you please offer me some concrete disease management advise please?
