Emotional issue
Hi from the day I got job and was taking care of my family financially, had supported family for about 10 years. But the thing is my father and my brother never involved me in any family discussions and decisions whether financial or emotional, they had tried to dominate and treated me with all the powers they have to put me down which was kind of revenge from family members. Now am at the age of 40 . They started behaving little good , but am not able to digest all the revenges they had taken earlier. Am planning to quit family but am not having that much courage and confident to take decision as am sustained their revenge about 10 years, please advise.

The problem with revenge is that it causes only bitterness and guilt!! N if uv sustained so long there is no point of breaking ties!! Life is harsh and small as well..You can go ahead and discuss issues and try to sort them out rather than breaking ties!! Communication helps most of the time. If you still feel distressed and are not able to go for work and have difficulty sleeping or repeated thoughts  then you should visit a psychiatrist and take help. Medicines and counselling will help
