Elbow fracture/dislocatio
Hi. I have had an elbow surgery 4 months ago. I have been taking good amount of calcium supplements everyday. Do I still need to continue taking them? The rods and plates in my elbow will be removed after 2 years. So do I have to keep taking milk and other calcium foods till the removal of implants?

No need to take any calcium supplements. They have no role in fracture healing. Good quality plates will not cause any problems. Concentrate on physio to get active movements now. All the best.
