Hello doctor,
From the past 9 years I had a habit of masturbation. I used to masturbate almost daily. At maximum I use to control it for 7 to 8 days maximum. After that I had to masturbate. To free myself from this addiction I started 150 days no fap challenge.
It's been almost 30 days of this challenge but from past 2 days. There is ejaculation of semen without any trigger or without stroking the penis. Is it normal? Do I have to start again from day 1 or is everything fine till now?
