Effect of sex at night on lithium test
Does having sex at night affect the lithium levels in blood as I had taken a Serum Lithium test in the morning after having sex at night.

Hello,
Increased sodium intake, your mood , activity level, body position and improper sample collection can affect serum lithium levels. So its advised to consult psychiatrist with your reports. Your lithium dosage is not increased just on basis of your levels but rather seeing your clinical status.
