Effect Of Empagliflozin Or Nebivolol ?
My urine ACR level was 5.77 mg/g (Normal <30 mg/gm) on 18/05/2025 i.e just before starting Empagliflozin Previously it was 2.84 mg/g on 4/4/2025 Serum creatinine,potassium,urea & usg are all within normal limits Taking Empagliflozin 10 mg once a day  for blood sugar & Nebivolol 5 mg once a day for blood pressure since 20 days Recently noticing foamy & frothy urine Is it due to empagliflozin or Nebivolol ?

Not related to the medications your taking , frothy urine indicates that you are excreting protein in your urine , since your urine acr is within normal range . I would suggest to go for a urine pcr or 24 hour urine protein and follow up with reports

Already asked and answered Neither of those medicines can cause frothy urine. If you are concerned, stop the drugs and ask your physician for different tablets. There are many other options for both diabetes and hypertension
