Hi sir Kindly help me , my wife is facing pain in left hand and some time in heart side , I have attached ecg report kindly check it .specify it normal or not

I'm not able to see ecg Please specify if symptoms increase or decrease on exercise. Also rule out cervical spondylitis
Next Steps
repeat ecg and forward if possible get cardiac enzymes tested
