Eating spinach to prevent stones
Hi, I want to eat spinach but I am worried about getting kidney stones. I already have passed 3 painfull stones earlier and now I don't want to get them again. But also I want to eat spinach which can cause stones. My routine is also so busy that I can't remember to drink water regularly. Could you please advise me how can I eat spinach without having risk of getting stones again.

Spinach alone is not responsible for stone formation,  of course u can take spinach occasionally,  better u avoid tea, non veg diet, nuts , chocolates,  and drink >2.5 litres water per day
