Uncomplicated piles are painless. You may have Constipation or bloating or gases or anorexia. You may get bleeding. You Can palpate mass of external piles If you have fissure then there will be much pain after passing stool with bleeding and you may get very hard stool. If you have infection for example fistula or abscess then there will be throbbed pain/ pus discharge etc. Better to get evaluated from surgeon.

Drink plenty of fluids. Keep hygiene. Avoid Constipation. Drink buttermilk after lunch. Take fiber diet. Avoid spicy and backery products.

Piles or hemorrhoids can be identified based on the region where you have the lesion. Common symptoms of piles is, constipation, bleeding in the anal region, pain in anal region.
