Early periods
Last 2 months my periods are early . In 13-15 days later periods are started.I eat "divacon" oral contraceptive tablets.But last 2 months I stop to take this medicine.why my periods are 2 times in 1 month in last 2 months?

Hormonal disbalance, Stress, DUB, Endometrial changes are all covered under 'Aartav Dushti' in Ayurveda. Herbal Combo decoction and few other herbomineral medicine achieves 'Aartav Shudhi' (m.c. regularization) naturally over a period of four to six months roughly. Few diet do's and don'ts have to be followed. Oral contraceptive pills are not the answer.
