Hey, this month I got my periods in just 15 days, usually my cycle ends in 28 days, and a week ago I took unwanted 72. What could cause me to have early periods, do I need to take any sort of treatment for this?

Hello ,no need to take any medicine it is normal withdrawal bleeding due to unwanted 72 pill,it should stop within 3 to 4 days,some time it can be prolonged so in that case take tab tranexa 500mg three times a day to stop this bleeding,and your expected period will be delayed.

Ipill is known to cause irregular vaginal bleeding so this is a side effect not ur perids
This will settle on its own within a week
Make sure u do a pregnancy test if u skip ur perids
