Menstrual cycle length variations after sexual exposure is common. Tiredness and headache is not a definative sign of pregnancy. I will suggest wait till your next periods date (4weeks) to call it missed periods and then check with upt.

Since a period has already occurred on 11 Feb, pregnancy is unlikely.
Headache, weakness, and tiredness can be due to stress, hormonal changes, anemia, poor sleep, or dehydration—not specific signs of pregnancy.
An early period can happen due to stress, lifestyle changes, or recent marriage.
Advice:
If still worried, do a home urine pregnancy test after 7–10 days for reassurance.
If weakness/tiredness persists, check hemoglobin (Hb) and consult a doctor.
At present, no strong signs of pregnancy.

Pregnancy test can be done only after 24th of February
Since you already got your period chances of pregnancy are unlikely
You need investigations to find out the reason for the period that abnormally happened in 18 days
