I am unmarried person and want to know whether I am fit for my married sexual life or now? I come out while doing imagination about sex. This issue more in case when I lay on stomach on bed and imagine about doing sex. Simply, I can say mastubating without touching penis. Also, when I imagine about sex, penis gets wet to the most. Please advise on my problem.

Lots of people experience these events. In young age usually secretions are more. However I suggest you get a proper consultation either physically or online with andrologist to evaluate and rule out infection

✓ You are developing the problem of Spontaneous ejaculation. That is not a normal state. It does require treatment. ✓ You may suffer from pre-mature ejaculation in your future married life.
