Am 25yrs age suffering from knee pains one of the orthopaedist suggested collagen supplements after that, tried ayurvedic.result is pain or discomfort in my knee would be zero till i use medicine or if I take walk by stairs the pain is ON

Hi friend level of arthritis is the mainstay of treatment at your age.you are too young to get.there might be some post traumatic or some inflammatory one.pl go to a good knee specialist in your area and get an mri and blodd profile done and share the details..regards dr pankaj agrawal shoulder knee and joints reconstruction surgeon ahmedabad.
Avoid Squatting-
Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
