Clean your ear with earwax removing instrument.. do not use earbuds that wil only push the earwax behind. You can try karna purana therapy wherein your ears are filled with lukewarm Ayurvedic oil and after some time the oil is removed... Cotton bud is placed .

Physical examination is very necessary.Because ear pain may cause by By puss or by wax or by another cause .so please go to ENT specialist. Or any medical special. Home remedies will not work.

Hi dear, without introduction am directly coming to the answer. Too many reasons are there for ear pain & buzzing voice . Am describing fews here ... •Ear wax deposition • infection • imbalance issues • weak immune system •Tinnitus •problems with the joint of the jaw bone • broken or damaged hair cells in the part of the ear that receives sound Etc etc etc....
