Ear pain and bleeding
Due to slap on face women getting bleeding and pain in ear . I have given oxalgin tab. But she said she can't listen from that ear

She might have developed traumatic perforation of the tympanic membrane and that can cause decrease in hearing. It usually heals spontaneously within couple of months. Ear should be kept dry to avoid occurrence of any infection
