Ear nose throat specialist please check
I am feeling a throat pain in center of throat and i have blocked nose and there is sore throat and coughing sometimes and headache or feeling of headache is there .
What should i do i havent took any medicine yet what medicine and precautions i should take ?

Start Tab Montek Fx once a day at night for 5 days
Nasal spray Flomist 2 puffs twice a day for 7 days
Dispirin gargles( 1 tab Dispirin in 1/2 glass of water) 3 times a day for 5 days
Tab Pantocid DSR once a day in empty stomach for 7 days
Tab Dolo 650 mg Sos in case of headache
Next Steps
Avoid Cold and sour food for few days.
