I went to Haridwar and there I took a bath in Holy Ganga. Since then my right ear is paining . I am not able to listen properly from my right ear. I tried to clear my ear with a bud but it is paining like hell. What to do?

You are likely to have fungal infection in your ear. Immediately see nearest ENT Surgeon,  otherwise your eardrum may be damaged. It is necessary to remove fungus otherwise nothing will help. Also please do not use cotton buds in your ear. It will cause more harm
