Ear infection.
I have been having Yellowish discharge from my left ear before 3 months and still i am with these problems.my doctor gave me to take augementin bid for 10 days but there is no any progress then he ordered me cefuroxime 500mg bid and neomycin& polymyxin ear drop but i am breast feeding mam is that safe to take those medication while breast feeding?

You seem to be suffering from chronic middle ear infection known as chronic otitis media. Sometimes organisms causing this infection may be resistant and need different antibiotics. Ideally you should get the pus sample sent for culture and sensitivity and take antibiotics according to sensitivity results. Generally cefuroxime tablets and neomycin drops are safe during breastfeeding
