I think you should visit government hospital if you don't have good experience with private practicing doctors. You are not telling why your Baby got ear problem, whether you are bottle feeding, feeding him in lying down position. Whether it's happening again and again in your baby. If you're not satisfied with doctor please visit some one else whom you have trust. You can visit ENT doctor if you trust. Doctors are human being and not god. Sometimes diseases don't respond and keep on progressing inspite of best treatment. It's a play between human body and germs.

Hi, I m from Goa and can't help you with suggestion of a doctor there. But surely do try yo analyse few points. 1. Is your baby bottle fed? 2. Does baby bottle feed in lying down position? 3. Does he /she choke on feeder often? 4 . During all this episode , did your child have fever? Any runny or blocked nose?
Next Steps
Try and shift baby to spoon feed, stop bottle feed. even water yo be fed with glass or a sipper in sitting position. Considering the bottle is being practiced and that it is underlying culprit in mist such cases I have answered this query. Do write back to me, if you have any more doubts
