I was advised Dynapar tablet for my tooth ache. I am a 35 year old man and I have taken this tablet twice a day for two days and yet my pain is not under control. Can you suggest me an alternative drug?

You may need an antibiotic if the pain is not subsiding just with the analgesic.
It's advisable to consult a dentist and accordingly go ahead with medication

Hi,Instead of taking only dynapar take antibiotic along with it & also visit a dentist to treat the affected tooth as taking medicines only will not relieve pain.
