Hello mam Eating a healthier diet with less salt, exercising regularly and taking prescribed medication can help lower blood pressure . Eating a diet rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and low in saturated fat and cholesterol can lower high blood pressure by up to 11 mm Hg.

If you are on medication don’t stop the tablets, with Ayurveda treatment we can taper. If not on medication then start with walking, yoga, pranayama & low salt diet. Consult a nearby Ayurveda physician for betterment.
