How long does it take to recover from Vitamin D less than 3 ? Knee weakness and calf pain with slight back pain. Going with homeopath treatment. What is the ideal duration.

Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Hi there, first I would like to say,  that duration of vitamin d therapy is around 9 months with proper monitoring of blood vitamin d levels at 3 months intervals. You are having multiple problems of vitamin d deficiency,  or muscle weakness may be,  so you might require some nerve supplements and muscle related supplements,  Kindly get a opinion and check up from a orthopaedist.

This will take around 6 months to 8 months as this value is very low the sufficient level is 75.. so kindly take tab. Uprise d3 60k once a week...retest it after 3 months...u can also take uprise d3 1k once a day along with the weekly medication so that it will increase in good amount...no physiotherapy or treatment will work unless ur deficient levels come up...get well soon take care

If you have Vid D deficiency, treatment high high dose Vit D (60K units) once a week. Then recheck levels in 8 weeks. Maintain a healthy diet. Dr M Vashishtha FRCS dr-MV.com
