Duodenal ulcer
Hi Doctor, I m just 24 year old, had medical history of duodenal ulcer, treated for 3 months n it has been cured, But however, some time i feel the pain, if i eat any spicy or junk food, n have serious constipation problem also Could any body please suggest what to do in this condition???

Hi, eat food at regular intervals. Also eat fixed quantities of non spicy food.

Hi....., Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach...
