Does change of medication from ticagrelorto clopidogrel leads to any adverse effects.underwent PTCA &Stenting done for unstable angina 3 months back

There is one evidence that if the ticagrelor is not tolerated and need to discontinue and switching to clopidogrel is necessary , the patient should receive the bolus dose of clopidogrel of 600 mg and then maintenance dose of 75mg daily for minimum of one year. But I will advice you to consult your cardiologist and under his guidance it can be done. Mind that the ticagrelor is the most superior drug to reduce risk of stent thrombosis at present . Regards.
