  3. Dull skin. I look dull. help me in this!

Dull skin..
Sir, Earlier my skin complex was fair.In 3 years i observed my skin becoming darker.Now it looks like dull and wheatish white.People strated noticing change.I don't have problem to with colour but I look dull.Though iam active coz of skin people judge I look dull.Help me in this
