You can drink kadha water ( with cloves, pepper, tej patta , tulsi , tal mishri ) with some honey to soothe your throat. If you don't have cough, then it seems most likely to be an allergic cause, especially since you say you have allergic tendencies that flare up during seasonal variations. Try and drink as much warm water as you can and try strepsils if your throat feels itchy. Avoid environments that trigger your flare-ups and take anti-allergic medication if needed .

Dry throat with irritation in pregnancy is commonly due to allergy, dryness, or mild throat infection. It usually does not affect the baby. Yes, you can take honey in warm water for relief. Next Steps: Stay well hydrated, do warm salt-water gargles, and avoid cold or irritant foods. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor for safe medications in pregnancy. Helpful Tip: Since you have allergic rhinitis, try to avoid dust, sudden weather changes, and use steam inhalation for symptomatic relief.
