Dry throat, constant fatigue, gum pain

Asked for Female, 38 Years

In the mornings and evenings i feel immense fatigue and thirst, dry throat and pain on legs especially foot. Do feel sleepy sometimes even if slept for 8 hours.Its been month suffering from all these symptoms.also feel pain on gums and teeth like sinus pain.No other sinus symptoms r there. I am also not diabetic. Had increased weight nowadays.Took some vitamin tablets for a month, but no improvement.
