Dry skin on face
Hi doctor, I can find some major skin dryness in my face. Especially near my mouth and nose. M taking thyrox-25mg tablets for hypothyroidism. Two years before I consulted my dermatologist for the same problem. For face he suggested desonide lotion so I was using the same for my face but I'm finding out the same dryness. So can I apply the cetaphil lotion on my face after bath to moisture, or please suggest some moisturizer for my face. Please help me🙏

You can use...Don't worry...you are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis causing this dryness.. Specific medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription
