Dry skin condition, itchy skin

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Can anyone suggest a good face cream for dry skin. I have tried the usual Nivea and all and even coconut oil, but all of it tends to just "sit" on top of the skin and doesn't seem to get absorbed. After a while skin again becomes dry and starts to form patches and flake a bit and itch
